We have been staying at our friend Traci’s dads house in rural South Carolina. Tonight we all collaborated on a meal, which was wonderful! We had a beef roast, collard greens, black eyed peas, tabouli and pita bread, and apple crisp! It was a great eclectic meal and we thoroughly enjoyed it!
The weather has been mild and beautiful, but it has been getting colder. Last night, it was extremely cold! But we remained warm under our down comforter, one wool blanket and one fleece blanket. It got down to 26 degrees and we were just fine. No cold toes even!
